Mostly this issue may happen after an update, in case you are experiencing an issue where the tables are not properly loading, you may want to re-check the steps mentioned below.

  1. If you are using Cloudflare, please purge your Cloudflare cache
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. If you are using my_ prefixed files, try to revert to the core Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. files, we often perform changes in the tables files, if major changes occurred, then your tables won’t load. It’s your responsibility to maintain this, my_ prefixed files are not our responsibility.
  4. If you are using php lower than 5.6, you should consider upgrading your php version, Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. minimum required php version is 5.5, you can check the requirements here
  5. If the steps above didn’t help you and you are using the latest version, download the files again from Codecanyon and try to replace the assets folder again in your installation, and repeat the steps from 1 to 3
  6. Deactivate any third-party modules to see if the issue will be resolved

This depends on how the task/project is configured.
There are various reasons when no email will be sent to the customer contacts.
  1. The task is marked as not visible to client – http://prntscr.com/hxjs26 keep in mind that this checkbox may not be shown if project option Allow customer to view tasks is unchecked (see #2)
  2. The project option for customer to see tasks is unchecked – http://prntscr.com/hxjrw4
  3. The email templates in Setup->Email Templates for task updates is disabled.
  4. Navigate to the customer profile in admin area click on the Contacts tab and open the contact(s), make sure that this contact has Tasks email notifications enabled, project notifications are different from tasks.

If you are experiencing this problem you need to adjust the .htaccess to prevent this error thrown in Adlis ERP-CRM Dev.

Navigate in your server (via ftp or cPanel) in the Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. installation folder and open the main .htaccess.

On the top of the .htaccess add the following code:

1. Make sure that you have checked the payment mode for this invoice.

2. If the payment mode is online payment gateway make sure that the invoice currency matches the comma separated currencies in Setup->Settings->Payment Gateways and the payment gateway is active.

Navigate to Setup->Finance->Currencies and check if the Currency code matches the comma separated currencies like in the second picture example.

Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. is not responsible in what currency the payment gateway will bill, in most cases the payment gateway use their supported currencies and account currency. In the request, Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. is passing the currency but this not means that the gateway will do a conversion.
You as administrator/invoice creator are responsible to make sure that you gave your customer the correct available gateways for the invoices. You must know in what currency your customer will pay so you can adjust the invoice.

Paypal security header is not valid error message can be shown because of the following reasons:

  1. You have set up live credentials and you have turned Test mode to ON. If you want to test you need to set TEST credentials and have Paypal Sandbox Account
  2. You have white spaces in your credentials. Eq.               api_username_1a242jdj2455 – You see how much whitespaces after the Eq.
  3. You put wrong API credential in wrong place ex. API Signature data you put in the API Username field inside Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. Paypal fields.

Unable to get the size of the image is an error thrown if TCPDF can’t fetch the image when using an absolute path.

The problem starts showing after you add a custom absolute URL in Setup->Settings->PDF, in this case, the TCPDF is trying to fetch the image with a cURL request but the request is unsuccessful, you can contact your hosting provider to make sure that your cURL extension is properly configured and it’s up to date, otherwise try to follow the steps below and add the relative path to your logo image.

Before start, the workaround for this problem makes sure that the URL you have added in Setup->Settings->PDF for the custom pdf logo image is valid and the image exists if the problem still exists try to add a relative path like mentioned below.

Upload the image to the folder where Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. is installed for example mylogo.jpg

Go to Setup -> Settings -> PDF -> Custom PDF Company Logo URL and only add mylogo.jpg

In this case, the relative path (crm_installation_path/mylogo.jpg) for the image will be used and the script will be able to fetch the image.

The logo image must be in the folder where Adlis ERP-CRM Dev. is installed.

If you are experiencing this problem make sure that you/other staff members belong to the department in which this ticket is assigned.

Only the staff members that belong to the ticket department will receive a notification when a new ticket is created or a ticket reply has been posted by a customer.

Additionally, you can navigate to Setup->Email Templates and re-check all ticket available email templates to make sure that they are not disabled.


Please keep in mind that when you are replying to a ticket or creating a ticket from the admin area, the staff members won’t receive any notification that e.q. new reply is posted from the admin area, only the customer will receive an email notification.
